    Try searching benefits of sugar on the internet. but, I couldn’t find benefits that can amaze me. However, What I found amazed me. I visited the WHO (World Health Organization) website says

    Current WHO recommendation to reduce free sugar intake from all sources to below 10% of daily energy intake for supporting overall health is not well supported by available evidence

    Where American Heart Association says

    The American Heart Association recommends limiting added sugars to no more than 6% of calories each day. For most American women, that’s no more than 100 calories per day, or about 6 teaspoons of sugar. For men, it’s no more than 150 calories per day, or about 9 teaspoons. The AHA recommendations focusing on all added sugars without singling out a type such as high fructose corn syrup.

    after researching so many health-related and hospital websites, I found Healthcare giants and maybe many countries’ governments are playing with the health & lives of general people. because the internet says “sugar provides a quick, simple source of energy” is only the benefit of sugar. When asked the google, ChatGPT, and other search and ai tools they gave 100s of benefits of quitting sugar completely.

    So, the basic understand is that no one who is in healthcare profession and profession of food and beverages will never recommend you to quit sugar, but also advocate to consume less sugar.

    now let me list the benefits of quitting sugar completely.
